DiscoverPlasma provides a platform for sharing and viewing crowdsourced pricing information for plasma donation centers. We do not operate plasma donation centers and are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted information.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Content

When you submit price reports, reviews, or other content, you agree that:

  • Your content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • You grant us a license to display and use your content
  • You will not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • You will not submit content that violates others' rights

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading price information
  • Manipulate the leaderboard or points system
  • Use automated means to access the service
  • Interfere with other users' use of the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

6. Points and Giveaways

Regarding our points system and giveaways:

  • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged
  • We reserve the right to adjust or remove points for any reason
  • Giveaway winners are selected based on program rules
  • We may modify or discontinue the giveaway program at any time
  • Fraudulent activity will result in disqualification and account termination

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF PRICING INFORMATION. ALWAYS VERIFY CURRENT RATES WITH THE PLASMA CENTER DIRECTLY.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISCOVERPLASMA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these terms, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of law.
